Condenan a 33 años y 4 meses de cárcel 

a hombre que violó a su hija

La condena, una de las más altas en contra de un violador, fue impuesta por la juez 14 de control de conocimiento por los delitos de abuso carnal abusivo en menor de 14 años, pornografía infantil e incesto.
Se trata de Alexander Duarte Quintero, de 30 años de edad, vigilante de profesión, quien según la Fiscalía, abusó de su hija de 5 años de edad aprovechándose de la autoridad que ejercía sobre la menor. En el marco de la investigación, la Fiscalía determinó que los hechos se remontan al 25 de junio de 2010 en el barrio Bella Flor del sur de Bogotá, en la localidad de Ciudad Bolívar, cuando fue descubierto un video por la Policía en el que Duarte Quintero abusaba sexualmente de la menor, al tiempo que se desconoce cuántas veces la niña fue abusada por su progenitor, quien también comercializaba las grabaciones y las titulaba como “El Violador”.Los hijos del detenido en la actualidad tienen 4 y 5 años de edad respectivamente y se encuentran bajo custodia del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar y son hijos también de Andrea Bastos Páez.El procesado ya había sido juzgado por el delito de hurto calificado agravado.
La condena impartida por la juez 14 de conocimiento no tiene reducción alguna, debido a que es cobijada por la Ley de Infancia y Adolescencia.Duarte Quintero igualmente deberá pagar 680 salarios mínimos legales vigentes.
